Housekeeping. There were nails on the floor for 2 days they didn’t remove and there was stains on the table that was not cleaned well. Location of the hotel in terms of entrance. The area is still under construction. AC is noisy and difficult to control.

The hotel has a potential once the surroundings catch up. Overall a good value for money.

The hotel itself and the staff were wonderful. The room was excellent and had more than we expected.

The hotel is in the developing area thus there is a lot of construction going on. Usually the problems with hotels - too much noise from the rooms around. In this hotel though the problem was from outside. The whole night there were all kinds of trucks making noises. One stopped right under the windows for an hour and, boy, was it loud. But all that might have been just a case of bad luck for a in general good hotel.

Comfortable and Convenient

The hotel is well located, the property is good, and the rooms are spacious. You can easily find cabs from and to the hotel, and round-the-clock prompt service is available. The coffee shop staff is especially very warm and responsive. We had a lovely sea-facing room, with windows that can be opened for fresh air.

The breakfast buffet has limited options, but it is good.

It is basically a hotel room as the kitchen is there but more or less unusable - There is a hob but no pans, cutlery or crockery A kettle but no electric socket so it has to be used in the bedroom The washing machine ended up in the middle of the kitchen with water over the floor. when spinning. Maintenance came to look at it but it was fine as long as no clothes in it, so we never used it again

Staff were great, very helpful, and always smiling. Room was a decent size and spacious. Good view from the 2oth floor, and bed was so comfy.

For such a new building, the internal fitout in the rooms is pretty sub-standard. The tiling and grouting looks like it was done by a child, and there are uneven and sharp edges all around the shower wall area. We booked a studio, which was well fitted out with a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc. However, there were no cutlery or cooking utensils, so the cooker is pretty useless. There was only one cup, so we had to share a cup of tea. When we got to the room, there was only one bath towel, and no hand towels, so we had to request for more which were quickly delivered. There was a strange smell in the room, like a musty or damp kind of smell, although it was clean.

It could have been a better stay if the room was cleaned better, over all its a 7 out off 10

the place seems extremely nice but it turned to be okay, we had booked the king sea view suite, which is extremely space and good view 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms plus kitchen space with laundry availability within the room. they Also sent us complimentary fruits tray with drinks which was great. the bed is comfortable and air conditioning was good

the room had a bad odor and the staff was extremely helpful by spraying the place later we discovered the room had old uncleaned trash in the kitchen bin from the previous people staying and it was stinky due to the uncleanliness and trash in the kitchen. upon requesting the cleaner just couldn’t figure out cleaning the place until I showed him myself. The Jacuzzi was the reason we booked the place but it seems to have slight issues it was okay.

Nice hotel, definitely a good option to recommend and return when needed.

Hotel is very new so all looks great, very well kept, nice furnishing, rooms are huge like a small apartment, 2 bathrooms, staff is very friendly

Hotel is very good but still some things could get improved: Breakfast is not buffet so it's very slow to get prepared and few options. Would be much better to have a buffet as happens during weekends. Room cleaning lacks standards, sometimes didn't get shower gel & shampoo, sometimes didn't get toilet paper, sometimes coffee or water wasn't replenished. Then you call and request and they bring whatever you need but shouldn't be this way.

There was no waste basket in the room .. only in the bathroom. There should be hangers for towels and clothes in the bathroom( beside the sink...behind the door..) Toiletries should be for 2 persons not one only of each.

There wasn't trash in the bed room or the living room, there wasn't tooth brush or shower gel in one of the toilets , there wasn't extra blanks or pillows available in the room for kids, no sleepers in the room , the location of the hotel was crowded , not all the streets are updated in Google map.
